Whirlpool Marion Operations is having its first 5K to benefit the Marion County Humane Society on Sunday, May 21st, kickoff time at 8:00 a.m. This race is not open to the public, but is an event for the employees at the plant and their families. Entry is $10 per person and all the money goes to benefit the Humane Society. Donations can be brought the day of the event to enter your name in a prize drawing, each item is worth a ticket for the raffle.
